Metro Poland published a special issue produced by bloggers last week, Newspaper Innovation reported Monday.

Agora SA's newspaper created MetroBLOX, in cooperation with the online community site Blox.pl.

Metro selected eight bloggers to serve as editors, and were responsible for supervising sections, such as career, lifestyle, technology and sports. Each editor was allowed to pick a team of bloggers to create text for each section. The newspaper's editorial staff supervised the bloggers, according to Newspaper Innovation.

MetroBLOX was distributed with the regular edition of Metro.
