Agora-owned Metro is second in circulation in Poland, with more than half a million copies distributed, Newspaper Innovation reported Thursday.
According to Polish circulation data for February through April, Metro's distribution was 511,000.
Metro is the only free daily in Poland, following the closure of Metropol, by Metro International, according to Newspaper Innovation.
In first place was Fakt, with an average of 523,000. Fakt is owned by German publisher Axel Springer.
In the third spot was Agora-owned Gazeta Wyborcza, with a paid circulation of 427,000, Newspaper Innovation reported.
