Turkey's media and entertainment sector will reach a value of US$12.5 billion by 2012, a growth of about 16 percent each year, PricewaterhouseCoopers has forecast, Hürriyet reported Thursday.

The PwC report also showed that Turkey is the fastest growing country in Europe in terms of Internet users.

The number of people using the Internet will grow to 12 million by 2012, the PwC report stated, Hürriyet reported.
