Continuing with a restructure of its commercial operation, News International announced a string of executive moves, Media Guardian reported Tuesday.
The company is merging ad sales teams at the Times Media Group and at News Group Newspapers. The new unit will begin operation in September.
In terms of the latest executive appointments, Ian Rees will lead the team of trading for News Group Newspapers, Liam Reynolds will be head of trading from Times Newspapers, while Naim Halloum will be head of trading for the London Paper, Media Guardian reported.
Sian Roberts will be head of trading for magazines at News International, Nick Hammond head of creative solutions, Corinne O'Sullivan head of campaign management, and James Roles head of client development, according to the company.
"This restructured commercial team will provide the experience and focus as we move into our next phase of growth and improved customer service," Paul Hayes, managing director of News International commercial, told Media Guardian.
Last week Media Week reported that the restructure will lead to up to 100 job cuts at News International.
