Site load time seemed to be the biggest issue for global mobile Internet users, according to a study conducted by the Online Publishers Association, OPA Europe and TNS in December 2006, SFN's World Digital Media Trends 2007 reported.
The study showed that site load time, site navigation and user friendliness were the top three biggest sources of dissatisfaction for global mobile Web users. The ranking remained the same in Europe.
In the United States, according to the study by Online Publishers Association, OPA Europe and TNS, the top source of dissatisfaction was site load time as well. Web page layout was ranked second, followed by site navigation, according to the report, World Digital Media Trends 2007, released by SFN and the World Association of Newspapers
