The Financial Times on Thursday unveiled a new online newsletter, China Confidential, Press Gazette reported. Run by two Financial Time journalists, the newsletter will be published every two weeks and will be based on a subscription model.
The first issue will be released on March 5, and will aim to "provide in-depth analysis" of China's political and economic issues.
The FT's former China bureau chief, James Kynge, will edit the newsletter. In the future, the newsletter will aim to expand its offerings based on its subscription model, he said.
The newsletter's subscription fees will "vary and cost substantially more" than an FT.com subscription, according to Press Gazette.
