The Seattle Post-Intelligencer has launched a co-branded real estate Web site with Zillow, the newspaper's Web site, Seattlepi.com, announced Tuesday.
The partnership gives the Hearst Newspapers-owned newspaper's real estate page added search functionality, including more local market information, property searches and property value estimates. Zillow has launched other partnerships with 163 news Web sites, members of the Zillow Newspaper Consortium, since April.
"PI visitors can now find Zillow's hyper-local real estate data, from the neighborhood and ZIP-code level down to individual homes, alongsideseattlepi.com's community news and real estate reporting," Zillow President Lloyd Frink stated in a press release.
Zillow's consortium is made up of 11 publishing companies, including Hearst; Media General, Inc., E.W. Scripps Company; MediaNews Group; Community Newspaper Holdings, Inc.; Morris Communications Company; and Philadelphia Media Holdings, according to Zillow.
