About the SFN team:
Martha L Stone is
a newspaper industry author, speaker and consultant. She is Director of
the Shaping the Future of the Newspaper project for the World
Association of Newspapers in Paris. SFN is a partnership with newspaper
industry partners Telenor, manroland, Atex and Norske Skog, and produces
seven strategic reports for publishers each year. She was the founding
trainer director for Ifra's Newsplex in the United States and Germany. Martha is a native of Chicago, United States.
Leah McBride Mensching is
Editorial Manager for the Shaping the Future of the Newspaper
project. She graduated from Iowa State University's Greenlee School of
Journalism with a bachelor's degree in 2004, and was also a master's degree
graduate of Northwestern University's
Medill School of Journalism in 2006. She has reported for newspapers in Iowa,
Illinois, Washington, D.C., Colorado and Ireland, and has been with SFN
since 2007. Leah resides in Chicago, United States.
Yu-Hsuan "Erina" Lin is
Business Analyst for the Shaping the Future of the Newspaper project,
and project manager for the World Digital Media Trends report. She is a
2006 master's degree graduate of Northwestern University's Integrated
Marketing Communications programme, and has four years of media experience in Taiwan, including working in television, the Internet and radio. She has been with SFN since 2007. Erina is a native of Taipei, Taiwan.
