The company described Open Air in a statement as "geared towards the busy, well-informed, affluent consumer," E&P reported Thursday.

The magazine will have 11 regular departments, including “Drive Time, which describes off-beat weekend trips,” Adventures in Eating, which covers nutrition and food “with an adventurous twist,” and My Moment, a first-person profile of a life-changing experience,” the company said in the statement.

The first issue will be out March 7, covering various subjects such as camping food with Chef Mario Batali of Food Network fame, and telling the story of three triathletes who compete in honor of their brother who died in a car accident, E&P reported.

Readers can also access to this magazine online on the same day of print publication at openair.usatoday.com. This year it will be published on May 2, Sept. 5, and Nov. 7.
