Third free daily launches in Ukraine

Ukraine's third free daily, Vecherkom, launched in Kiev Monday, handed out by 100 distributors around the city, Newspaper Innovation reported Wednesday.
Free morning dailies in Ukraine include 15 Minut, published by KP Media, and Obzor, published by Dutch-owned Telegraaf Media Group. Vecherkom is an afternoon daily, and was designed and developed by a Spanish team from Innovation International Media Consulting Group.
Vercherkom's initial circulation is 80,000, similar to that of Obzor, and the first issue was 12 pages. 15 Minut was six editions and a circulation of more than 250,000.
Consultants from Innovation International also played a part in free Spanish dailies and and Qué!, as well as Ukraine paid daily Segodnya's relaunch, according to Newspaper Innovation.
