“Acquiring Tatter and Company will allow us to enhance our online publishing tools in Korea, benefiting a large number of users who already depend on and enjoy Google and Tatter and Company's products,” according to a Google spokesperson, Tech Radar reported.

Nearly five years ago, Google acquired Blogger, another blog hosting site. It uses Blogger’s sites as a platform to distribute contextual advertising. Last year, Blogger was voted as one the 50 most visited sites around the globe, according to Lenta.ru.
