Mobile broadband access revenue up in Europe

Mobile broadband access revenues are growing in Europe, according to data from Exane BNP Paribas, SFN's World Digital Media Trends 2008 reported.
Mobile broadband access revenues in Europe only totalled less than €2.5 billion in 2006. However, it those revenues are expected to increase steadily throughout 2010.
In 2007, revenues almost reached €5 billion, and are expected to exceed €6.6 billion by the end of this year, according to Exane BNP Paribas.
Revenues are expected to reach more than €10 billion in 2010, with a growth of more than 300 percent over five year, according to the World Digital Media Trends 2008 report, released by SFN and the World Association of Newspapers.
